This section deals with feedback as an important part of the learning process. Whether the feedback is verbal or non-verbal, this feedback lets us know what behaviors are acceptable. Success, Assertiveness, and feeling good about oneself are all interrelated .When feelings about one’s own self are negative, success may elude. Our self-concept – the way we feel and think about ourselves – underpins our approach to every situation. Thus, an attempt is made to develop a positive self-image.
